A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Richards on charges of possession of amphetamines and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Saturday night on $21,000 bail. Drugs — Edward Lee Welcher, 23, no known address. A Central Point police officer Saturday arrested Welcher on charges of possession of amphetamines, giving false information to police and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $12,000 bail. Indecency — Michael Dexter Heusser, 50, of the 4700 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Saturday arrested Heusser on a charge of indecency. He was lodged in jail then released after posting bail. Forged instrument — Alfredo Granados-Solerio, 26, of the 400 block of Debarr Street, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Saturday arrested Granados-Solerio on two counts of possession of a forged instrument, driving under the influence of intoxicants and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Delbert Love Cole, 48, of the 1000 block of Court Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Cole on charges of manufacturing amphetamines, delivering amphetamines, possession of amphetamines, possession of hallucinogens and harassment. He was lodged in jail then released Sunday after posting bail. Theft — Richard Daniel King, 39, of the 200 block of Justine Street, Williams. A Medford police officer Friday arrested King on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and two warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Sunday night on $20,000 bail. Advertisement Drugs — Omar Alonso Quinonez-Aispuro, 19, of the 8200 block of 23rd Street, White City. Quinonez-Aispuro made his initial appearance Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Forgery, theft — Steven Earl Ede, 50, of the 13100 block of Three Oaks Drive, White City. Ede made his initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on charges of first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Records tampering — Randy Clair Clawson, 40, of the 800 block of Ellendale Drive, Medford. Clawson made his initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on a charge of tampering with drug records. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Theft — Jacqueline Joan Evans, 56, of the 900 block of East Pine Street, Central Point. Evans made her initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on charges of aggravated first- degree theft and three counts of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — William Daniel Ternan, 20, of Phoenix. Ternan made his initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Renee Jean Vance, 18, of the 300 block of Edwards Street, Medford. Vance made her initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Susan Dell Fehlhaber, 24, of the 900 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Fehlhaber made her initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on charges of delivering amphetamines, manufacturing amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 3000 block of Samike Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday took a report of a theft of a U-Haul car dolly valued at $1,000. Theft, forgery — 500 block of Medford Center, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday took a report of a theft in which checks were taken from a business, then used by someone who forged information to make $1,100 worth of purchases.
