Medford police arrested Brewer Friday on additional felony charges of possession, distribution and manufacture of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of body armor. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on a misdemeanor warrant and for parole violation on a previous meth possession charge. He remained in jail Friday without bail. Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle — Nathan Eric Joyce, 30, no known address. Ashland and Medford police arrested Joyce Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest and a misdemeanor second-degree theft warrant. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $18,000 bail. Burglary — Daniel Pelleschi, 34, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Pelleschi Thursday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft, two felony charges of coercion, two charges of third-degree robbery, two charges of tampering with a witness, and misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, tampering with evidence and for parole violation on a previous first-degree burglary charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Adalid Alcazar-Lopez, 30, of the 2400 block of Neals Lane, Vancouver, Wash. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Alcazar-Lopez Thursday on felony charges of possessing and distributing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Coercion — Joshua Emil Prentiss Kraft, 27, of the 2000 block of Brookhurst Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Kraft Thursday on a felony charge of coercion and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Burglary — Kevin Dean Harper, 45, of the 1200 block of Vista Drive, Central Point. Medford police arrested Harper Friday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree assault and harassment, and for probation violation on a previous charge of first-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Travis Ryan Daniels, 27, of the 1500 block of Oleander Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Daniels Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a felony warrant for meth possession and a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail Friday. Court Appearance — Russell Lee Holtsberg, 51, of the 4300 block of Highway 99 South, Ashland. On Friday, Holtsberg made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Michael Joseph Manring, 28, of the 100 block of Third Street, Talent. On Friday, Manring made his initial court appearance on felony charges of third-degree assault and first-degree theft, misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a minor, reckless endangering, second-degree criminal mischief and three charges of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Michael Gary Roshawn Bivens, 30, of the 900 block of West 10th Street, Medford. On Friday, Bivens made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Alexis Regine Christensen, 32, of the 600 block of Park Street, Ashland. On Friday, Christensen made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — William Stuart Cobb II, 46, of the 8400 block of Crater Lake Highway, White City. On Friday, Cobb made his initial court appearance on a charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Pedro Sanchez-Camacho, 19, of the 400 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Sanchez-Camacho made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — James Nathaniel Goodnature, 38, of the 400 block of Alder Street, Central Point. Attempted Elude — Albert Leopold Humphrey IV, 22, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Humphrey Friday on a felony charge of attempt to elude police in a vehicle, and an out-of-county warrant charging parole violation on a previous charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Using a Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct — Zachariah J Carnegie, 28, of the 8400 block of Crater Lake Highway, White City. Medford police arrested Carnegie Friday on felony charges of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct, luring a minor and distributing a controlled substance to a minor. He was lodged in jail Friday on $45,000 bail. Coercion — Richard James Cayo, 43, of the 3000 block of Maple Court, White City. Medford police arrested Cayo Friday on a felony charge of of coercion. He was lodged in jail Friday on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of a vehicle vandalism and theft at 6:03 p.m. Thursday near Hamilton Street and Dakota Avenue, Medford. Items reported stolen included Snap-On tools in a toolbox, a Sony CD car stereo unit, a Sony stereo amplifieer, two 14-inch Panasonic subwoofers, four tires, a car battery, a cold-air intake and license plates. Damage to the vehicle included a broken taillight and a damaged fender. The loss and damage was valued at $2,040. Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 2:47 p.m. Friday in the 2200 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Items reported stolen included miscellaneous tools and camping equipment, an Army cot, sleeping bag, blankets and pillows. The loss was valued at $2,350.
