Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend November 25, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Burglary — Kelsey Patrick Donovan, 23, of the 100 block of Westwood Drive, Ashland. Ashland police Thursday arrested Donovan on charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, attempted second-degree theft, two counts of second-degree trespassing, disorderly conduct, two counts of failure to appear in court and a parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Crime reports Theft — 1200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday took a report in which a mountain bike, disc brakes and pedals were stolen. The value of the items was listed at $879. Burglary — 2100 block of Lampman Road, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Thursday took a report in which an all-terrain vehicle was stolen.
