Wiley passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at his home in Meridian, Idaho. Chuck was born the youngest of three children April 2, 1954 in Ashland, Ore. to the late Howard and Margo (Petersen) Wiley. Chuck graduated from Ashland High in 1972 and received a BA degree in Finance from the University of Oregon. He had many professional affiliations and awards during his career. With his honest and cheerful personality, he was a success in the life/health insurance industry. Chuck married Paula J Krebs October 18, 1986. Together they had two children, Anna C. Wiley and Thomas C. Wiley. They lived in Medford, Ore. for 20 years before relocating to Idaho to spend time with his first grandchild. In his youth he participated in may sports, it was golf that captured his attention later in life. He enjoyed his membership at RVCC, Men's League , Jr. Golf with his children and the many tournaments he played in. He also loved a good card game with friends or family, sudoku or crosswords. Chuck is survived by his wife; two children; one grandchild; brother, William Wiley; and sister, Christine Wiley Shebley. A private celebration of life is planned.
