Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Bender Friday on additional charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and identity theft. Medford police originally arrested Bender March 25 on an original charge of failing to appear on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He remained in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail. Theft — Edward Kahakuhanui Onekea IV, 29, of the 2800 block of Antelope Road, White City. Medford police arrested Onekea Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, misdemeanor charges of contempt, second-degree theft, second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with police, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court charges of methamphetamine possession, heroin possession, second-degree theft and misdemeanor driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle — Justin Anthony Brennan, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Brennan Friday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Charley Ray Switzler, 40, of Chiloquin. Medford police arrested Switzler Friday on felony charges of methamphetamine possession and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Nathaniel John Little, 37, of Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Little Friday on felony charges of methamphetamine possession, and on an out-of-county warrant charging parole violation on a previous identity theft conviction. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Cera Freier, 19, of the 1900 block of Prune Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Freier Friday on felony charges of supplying contraband, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, methamphetamine and heroin possession and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle — Duke Jacob Ham, 27, of the 1000 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ham Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, methamphetamine possession and three felony counts of identity theft, and two misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Oscar Omar Aguilar-Gomez, 30, of Marysville, Calif. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Aguilar-Gomez Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Friday on $1 million bail. Drugs — Sara Rosales-Lopez, 37, of Marysville, Calif. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Rosales-Lopez on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Friday on $1 million bail. Drugs — Joseph Wendell Nelson, 28 of Klamath Falls. Medford police and Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nelson Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, possessing greater than four ounces of marijuana, and on out-of county warrants charging methamphetamine possession and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Assault — Phillip Jordan Boches, 19, of the 800 block of Three Pines Road, Grants Pass. Ashland police arrested Boches Friday on felony charges of third-degree assault and riot. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Anthony Boyd Mooney, 22, of the 2100 block of Hamilton Lane, Grants Pass. Ashland police arrested Mooney Friday on felony charges of third-degree assault and riot. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Taylor Allen Fiegi, 22, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Fiegi Friday on felony warrants charging methamphetamine possession and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving, and a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous methamphetamine possession charge. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Court Appearance — Darrell Shon McGhee, 38, of the 2300 block of Foothill Boulevard, Grants Pass. On Friday, McGhee made his initial court appearance on felony charges of coercion, fourth-degree assault and strangulation, and on a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Tyler Joseph Pascale, 20, of the 400 block of Pine Street, Rogue River. Ashland police arrested Pascale Friday on felony charges of third-degree assault and riot. he was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Brett Fitzgerald Hollins, 21, of the 400 block of Pine Street, Rogue River. Ashland police arrested Hollins Friday on two felony counts of first-degree assault, a felony count of second-degree assault, a felony count of third-degree assault and a felony count of riot. He was lodged in jail Friday on over $3 million bail. Drugs — Nathan Eric Joyce, 30, no known address. Ashland police arrested Joyce Friday on felony charges of methamphetamine possession, second-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, interfering with police and for violating his probation on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Vince Richard Olin, 27, of the 2500 block of Alma Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Olin Friday on felony charges of heroin possession and identity theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Fernando Mesta, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Mesta Friday on felony warrants charging methamphetamine possession and third-degree robbery, and misdemeanor charges of providing false information to police and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Trent Adrian Long-Moseley, 25, of the 100 block of South Pioneer Street, Ashland. Medford police arrested Long-Moseley Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous second-degree theft charge, and for violating his parole on a previous meth possession conviction. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Austin L Rogers, 18, of the 700 block of Nita Lynne, Medford. Medford police and Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rogers Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of violating a no-contact order and warrants charging failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Murder — Bradley Robert Quillen, 26, of the 3800 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Quillen Saturday on felony charges of murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and warrants charging failure to appear in court on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, first-degree trespassing, second-degree criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail Friday on over $1 million bail. Drugs — Cassandra Ellen Simpson, 29, of the first block of Myers Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Simpson Saturday on felony charge of heroin possession, a felony warrant charging heroin possession, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft, warrants charging failure to appear on previous charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and heroin possession, and sanction charging probation violation on a previous heroin possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Kidnapping — Terrence James Smith, 18, of the 200 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Smith Saturday on a felony charge of second-degree kidnapping and a misdemeanor charge of menacing. He was lodged in jail Saturday on over $1 million bail.
