Economic developers will visit the Speciality Equipment Marketing Association show in Las Vegas, Oct. 31 through Nov. 1, attempting to convince business owners that the cost of doing business is less than in neighboring California. In February, SOREDI people will go to Orlando, Fla., for the International Builders' Show then during March they will go to Anaheim for the Natural Products Expo West. "Now that we have Amy's Kitchen here," said SOREDI Executive Director Ron Fox, "We're looking for other value-added food processors." Would you like to respond to this story?
