1969 title team to be introduced Players, coaches and others associated with the 1969 Medford High state championship football team will be introduced tonight at halftime of the North Medford-South Medford game at Spiegelberg Stadium. The team, which beat Corvallis 27-0 in the state championship game, is holding a 30-year reunion this weekend. Among the players expected are the team's captains, Don Pinkham of Medford and Bob Tweedy of Atlanta, and Jim Ronnander, coming in from Texas. The reunion moves to Bruno's Pizza following tonight's game, then to Stewart Meadows Golf Course Saturday for a tournament. A dinner is slated at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Knights of the Columbus Hall. The 1969 team started out 2-3 before winning seven straight and the title. It was the third of the late coach Fred Spiegelberg's four state crowns.
