Astronomy Lecture: Airborne Astronomy Ambassadors Dave Bloomsness and Robert Black will discuss their experience as passengers aboard SOFIA — NASA's Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy housed in a modified Boeing 747 with a 100-inch telescope — and the different types of light in the electromagnetic spectrum, at 7:30 p.m. at North Mountain Park's Nature Center, 620 N.
