Coffee-stand robbery suspect released A man held after the robbery of a Medford Dutch Bros. at Main and Hawthorne streets was released late Saturday night after the coffee stand clerk could not identify him as the robber. The man was detained by police officers following a search of the area by a K-9 team. The Dutch Bros. employee told police a man in a dark knit cap with a blue bandanna around his nose and mouth entered the stand at about 8:50 p.m. and demanded money at gunpoint. The man reportedly took the money Frost placed on the counter and fled after thanking him. Medford police Sgt. Bob Sergi said the case is under investigation. The robber is described as approximately in his early 20s, last seen wearing a black or dark knit cap, dark green and brown plaid shirt, and dark pants and shoes.
