Fire Damages Talent Apartment  Mail Tribune / Andrew Mariman Jackson County Fire District 5 firefighters tell Carolyn Robertson, right, about a small fire that started in the kitchen of her Parkside Apartment on West Rapp Road in Talent Sunday afternoon. Capt. Richard Scowden said nobody was inside Robertson's apartment when the fire started. The cause remains under investigation. A volunteer firefighter living in the complex used a garden hose to stop the fire from spreading. The fire was quickly suppressed when Fire District 5 crews arrived moments later.
