ACCESS accepting home loan applications ACCESS Inc. is accepting applications for a leverage loan program through USDA/Rural Development through May. The leverage loan program helps low-income, first-time homebuyers purchase homes. To qualify, applicants must: - Have an income level at or below 80 percent of the area median income, based on family size. - Have an acceptable credit history. - Have an adequate and dependable income.
