Haynes appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and possession of designer drugs. She was booked into Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Blue Michael Perry, 32, of the 1800 block of Laura Lane, White City. Perry appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Michael Alfred Tribur, 55, of Brookings. Tribur appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Raul Rodrigo Lopez-Valenzuela, 21, of the 2500 block of Merriman Road, Medford. Lopez-Valenzuela appeared in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree trespass and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Anita Marie Loftis, 46, of the 6600 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Loftis on charges of possession of methamphetamine and falsifying information about a vehicle. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Tuesday on $8,000 bail. Drugs — Travis John Melson, 19, of the 200 block of Lewis Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Melson on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $9,650 bail. Advertisement Vehicle theft, drugs — Matthew Wade Livingston, 33, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Livingston on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of contempt of court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $20,000 bail. Assault — Ronald Dean Phillips, 43, of the 200 block of Haven Street, Medford. A Medford police officer late Monday responded to a call reporting an assault at Phillips’ home and arrested him on a probation violation. Phillips is also expected to face assault charges in connection with a Monday night fight during which he allegedly punched his 37-year-old roommate, causing a serious eye injury to the victim, said Medford police Lt. Mike Moran. Phillips was lodged in jail without bail, a jail spokeswoman said. Drugs — Eddie Morris Jackson, 31, of the 2200 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Jackson on charges of possession of cocaine, manufacturing cocaine, delivery of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Iran Dennis Foster, 34, of the 500 block of Grape Street, Medford. Foster appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging him with conspiracy to deliver cocaine, delivery of cocaine and possession of cocaine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $100,000 bail. Identity theft, theft — Michelle Lee Orton, 24, no known address. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Orton on six counts of identity theft, three counts of second-degree forgery, one count of first-degree theft and five counts of second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $71,000 bail. Theft, burglary — Richard Douglas Roberts, 23, of the 2300 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Roberts on charges of first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and two counts of probation violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $30,000 bail. Mistreatment, theft — Donna Carol Giorgi, 41, of the 7500 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Giorgi on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 400 block of Newtown Street, Medford. A Medford police officer took a report Tuesday in which a speaker, compact discs and a stereo faceplate were stolen from a vehicle. Total value: $1,400. Theft — 5600 block of Saddle Ridge Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report in which a file saw valued at $2,000 was stolen. Theft — 600 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report in which items valued at $3,800 were stolen from a vehicle. Theft — 5800 block of Beagle Road, White City. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday took a report in which property valued at $6,000 was stolen. Theft — 1400 block of South Ivy Street, Medford. Police Wednesday took a report in which two rifles worth $1,850 were stolen.
