Payette, Idaho. Medford police on Monday arrested Roche on a charge of second-degree burglary. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was held in lieu of $15,000 bail. Assault — Jennifer Marlene Pruitt, 31, of the 700 block of Loop Street, Grants Pass. Medford police on Monday arrested Pruitt on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and for allegedly violating the conditions of her probation from a previous drug conviction. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was held without bail. Drugs — Teresa Jean Lee, 38, of the 400 block of East 12th Street, Medford. Medford police on Monday arrested Lee on charges of possession of amphetamines and theft. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $9,000 bail. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 105 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of 255 inmates. Of those, 45 were released before their scheduled court appearances, 13 were granted an early release from a sentence and 47 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
