Murder suspect captured in Las Vegas Elizabeth Devine "Little Red" Hudson Thursday Jan 18, 2018 at 6:29 PM Jan 18, 2018 at 6:32 PM Local report The third suspect accused of murdering a California man outside Selma last summer has been captured in Las Vegas. Elizabeth Devine Hudson, 22, also known by the alias "Little Red," was found Wednesday in Las Vegas and arrested on a murder warrant for her alleged role in the death of 22-year-old John Reitterer of Crescent City, according to a release issued by Oregon State Police. Two other suspects, Ryan Michael Eldred, 22, and Damian Lee Atwood, 19, remain lodged in the Josephine County Jail pending murder charges for their alleged roles in the crime. The trio had been known to frequent the Cave Junction area. Details as to how Reitterer died have not been released, but his body was found June 22 in a shallow creek at the Snail Back Beach Trail near the Illinois River, earlier news reports show. Hudson, lodged in the Clark County, Nevada, jail without bail, is the second of three suspects in the homicide to have been captured across state lines. A hearing with a fugitive judge is set for Jan. 22, jail records show. Eldred, 22, was captured in Coupeville, Washington, in December — originally on meth-possession charges before he was formally charged with murder Dec. 19. His next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 28. Atwood, also known by the nickname "Bubba J," was captured Jan. 9 at a home in Cave Junction. His next court appearance is set for Feb. 20.
