Jackson County sheriff’s deputies early Monday arrested Arroyo-Sandoval on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, harassment and interfering with a police report. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail while his immigration status is reviewed. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 142 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of no more than 190 inmates. Of those, 62 were released before their scheduled court appearances, none was granted an early release from a sentence and 80 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
