New cloak for winter photo by Jim Craven Pilot Rock juts up through a clearing snowstorm in the Colestine Valley Tuesday. Rain and clouds were forecast for today, but weather service representatives say storm activity coming through the area Thursday could leave new snow at elevations as low as 2,500 feet.
