Medford police Tuesday arrested Kensinger on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Assault — Robert Brooks Boac, 38, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Boac on charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and strangulation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday in lieu of $12,000 bail.
