They estimated that $600 worth of valuables were missing. Felony Arrests Robbery — Melissa Dawn Wright, 24, of the 300 block of South Orange Street, Medford. Medford Police arrested Wright Thursday on suspicion of robbery and kidnapping. She is being lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $5 million bail. Robbery — Cody Rafe Harrah, 19, of the 1800 block of North Keene Way, Medford. Medford Police arrested Harrah Thursday on suspicion of robbery and kidnapping. He is being held in jail on $5 million bail. Theft — Charles Everett Nathan, 24, of the 400 block of Pinnacle Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point Police arrested Nathan Thursday on suspicion of theft and two warrants for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He is being held on $40,000 bail. Assault — Joseph Duke Layman, 38, of the 5100 block of Rogue River Highway, Rogue River. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Layman Thursday on suspicion of assault, harassment and strangulation. He is being held on $12,000 bail. Assault —Heidi Michelle Petty, 35, of the 5100 block of Rogue River Highway. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Petty Thursday on suspicion of assault and harassment. She is being held on $8,000 bail. Advertisement Warrants — Denell Lyn Bynum, 25, of the 300 block of South Fourth Street, Central Point. Central Point Police arrested Bynum Thursday on three warrants. She is being held on $4,000 bail. Assault — Charles Clifford Collins, 31, of the 200 block of Corcoran Lane, Central Point. Central Point Police arrested Collins Thursday on suspicion of assault, harassment and interfering with making a report. He is being held on $12,000 bail. Assault — James Nathanial Dustin Zsarko, 24, of the 800 block of East Jackson Street, Medford. Medford Police arrested Zsarko Thursday on multiple counts of assault, harassment, resisting arrest, endangering and for various warrants. He is being held on $95,000 bail. Warrants — Curtis Robert Busby, 27, of the 1400 block of Saling Avenue. Medford Police arrested Busby Thursday on six warrants. He is being held on $16,000 bail. Contempt — Kenneth John Prince Sr., 47, address unknown. Talent Police arrested Prince Thursday on a contempt warrant. He is being held on $51,000 bail.
