Emergency services, Aug. 29 Tuesday Aug 29, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Criminal mischief — Chad Michael Heppner, 41, of the 200 block of Meadow Lane, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Sunday arrested Heppner on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and theft of services. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $47,500 bail. Burglary — Jared James Abraham, 36, of the 400 block of North Fifth Street, Medford. Abraham made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree burglary and aggravated first-degree theft. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Kelsie Allene Flynn, 23, of the 800 block of Third Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police Monday arrested Flynn on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Robbery — Dominique D. Burnett-Prevost, 33, of the 4000 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Burnett-Prevost on charges of third-degree robbery and third-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Tara Augusta Logan, 42, of the 500 block of Oak Street, Central Point. Central Point police Monday arrested Logan on charges of possession of methamphetamine and contraband as well as failing to appear on drug and forgery charges. She was lodged Monday in jail on $27,500 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1200 block of Maple Park Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:12 p.m. Sunday of the theft of power tools. The loss was valued at $3,210. Burglary — 1800 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:01 a.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence from which a laptop computer, XBox One and games were taken. The loss was valued at $1,600.
