October 29. 2014 10:14AM Gather round for spooky stories at the Medford library The Medford library,  205 S. Central Ave., will host Halloween fun all day today. Costumed Toddlerobics start at 10:30 a.m. A costume parade is set for 11 a.m. Story time for preschoolers at 11:30 a.m. in the children's department will feature Halloween stories. "Ghostbusters" will be shown at noon in the large meeting room. Branch manager Laura Kimberly will read classic scary stories from 4 to 4:45 p.m. in the library's community meeting room. The spine-tingling tales include "The Hook Man," "The Legend of Bloody Mary," "Aren't You Glad You Didn't Turn on the Light?" and others. Costumes are welcome at all events, but must not have masks or make-up that obscure facial features. Carved pumpkins are on display throughout the library and kids can trick-or-treat at all the customer service desks.
