Maijala made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree forgery and first-degree possession of a forged instrument. She was booked Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released. Drugs — Elsa Imelda Roberts, 37, of Sacramento. Medford police Monday arrested Roberts on charges of possession of methamphetamine, contempt, menacing, harassment and second-degree criminal mischief. She was lodged Monday in jail on $24,000 bail. Restraining order violation — Barbara Anne Waldron, 68, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Phoenix police Monday arrested Waldron on a felony violation of a restraining order. She was lodged Monday in jail on $5,000 bail. Unlawful congregation — Jay Ross Finken, 49, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Finken on a charge of unlawfully being where children congregate. He was lodged Monday in jail on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 4:10 p.m. Monday of the theft of a diamond ring from a residence. The loss was valued at $11,500. Theft — 100 block of Modoc Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 1:10 p.m. Monday of the theft of miscellaneous tools, knives and a wallet. The loss was valued at $1,848.
