Jackson St., Medford. The event is free and open to the public. "Transforming Health Care — How Health Care is Changing in Southern Oregon" will be moderated by Rich Rohde, an advisor for Jackson County's coordinated care organizations. Panelists will include Kari Swoboda, community liaison for All Care Health Plan; Ed Smith-Burns, deputy director of the Addictions Recovery Center and Michelle Glass, outreach coordinator for Rogue Valley Oregon Action.
