Medford police on Sunday arrested McQuillan, who is a registered sex offender, for failing to notify authorities of his address and for failing to register by his birthday. Police said he also failed to appear for a warrant on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $34,000 bail. Fugitive — Jennifer Janell Bolding, 23, of the first block of Buchanan Avenue in Eagle Point. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bolding Sunday as a fugitive from Missouri on a bad check charge. She was jailed without bail. Amphetamine — Robert Baxter Mathias, 48, of the 2100 block of Cady Road in Jacksonville. Oregon State Police arrested Mathias Sunday on charges of possessing amphetamines. He was held on $5,000 bail. Burglary — Shannon Lynn McGill, 29, of the 300 block of South Central Avenue in Medford. Sheriff’s deputies arrested McGill Sunday on charges of burglary and assault. She was held on $24,000 bail. Amphetamines — Christi Carol Poe, 44, address unknown. Poe, who has been in jail since March 12, received an additional charge Sunday for failing to appear in court for possession of amphetamines. Poe is also being charged with identity theft, theft, forgery and illegal use of credit cards. She was held on $84,000 bail.
