Medford police Thursday arrested Barlow on charges of possession of amphetamines, driving with a suspended license and a probation violation, and a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. Barlow apparently panicked and ran from his vehicle Thursday afternoon when he saw a police officer nearby, Medford police Lt. Tim George said. After learning Barlow was wanted, police established a perimeter in the area. Barlow was later captured by police dog Tiko, who found him hiding behind a fence near a home in the 1200 block of Sunset Avenue. Barlow was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drug records tampering — Wendy Lynn Gregory, 37, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Gregory on 22 counts of tampering with drug records and 22 counts of unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance. She was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Matthew Keith Bertrand, 23, of Umatilla. A sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Bertrand on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana. He was lodged in jail without bail. Eluding — Timothy Michael Spencer, 33, of Ontario. A sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Spencer on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. Drugs — Sandra Lee Villarosa, 43, of the 100 block of Clover Lane, Medford. Villarosa appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of cocaine. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Christina Marie Martin, 23, no known address. A sheriff’s deputy late Wednesday arrested Martin on a charge of possession of amphetamines, and warrants charging her with delivering amphetamines, possession of amphetamines and failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday on $50,000 bail. Crime reports Vehicle theft — 15100 block of Jones Road, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a vehicle theft in which a scooter valued at $450 was stolen. Burglary — 1300 block of West Main Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a home and stole a television and DVD player valued at $400.
