Head coach Paul Elliott landed coach-of-the-year honors for the fourth time in his 12 seasons at the Raider helm, and he shares the distinction with first-year Concordia leader Chris Duenow. Junior Kristina Matchett moved into position to earn All-American honors for the second straight year by repeating as a first-team all-conference all-star and finishing as the runner-up for MVP accolades. The 5-foot-10 outside hitter from Klamath Falls is 13 kills away from 500 this season, and her 5.13 per-game average is the league’s best. Junior middle blocker Lindsey Aitchison joined Matchett on the first-team list as a result of leading the 10-team conference for blocks (112) and a 1.20 game clip. She is also third on the team with 188 kills. For the second consecutive season, junior April Lowe of Portland was voted the top defensive player. Senior hitter Kacee Jacobsen of Eagle Point and junior setter Dani Arlyn of Corvallis were honorable mention selections.
