Emergency services, Oct. 8 By Mail Tribune staff Oct 09, 2022 12:15 AM A A Felony arrests Vehicle theft — Timothy Michael Leahy Jr., 35, no known address. Ashland police arrested Leahy Friday on warrants charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, providing false information to police and failing to appear in court on previous charges of felony strangulation, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, second-degree trespassing, second-degree theft and harassment. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail. Weapon use — Marshall Buck Paccassi, 39, no known address. Jacksonville police arrested Paccassi Friday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was booked in jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Jonathan Shane Rappa, 42, no known address. Ashland police arrested Rappa Friday on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, first, second- and third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in jail Friday and released Saturday.
