At about 12:30 a.m. Friday, a fistfight erupted in the 300 block of Palm Street after the quartet of young men crashed a house party, police said. When they were asked to leave, a fight ensued, Ashland's Deputy Police Chief Warren Hensman said During the fight, Brett Hollins Jr., 21, allegedly stabbed two males attending the party. One of the victims was stabbed in the abdomen, and the other was stabbed in the back. The victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, police said. One was treated and released, while one remained under observation at midday Friday, Hensman reported. Although Hollins allegedly pulled the knife, 22-year-old Tyler Joseph Pascale, 19-year-old Phillip Jordan Boches and 22-year-old Anthony Boyd Mooney are suspected of participating in the fight, police said. Ashland police responded and had all suspects in custody by about 3 a.m. None of the suspects left the city limits after the incident, Hensman said. Talent and Phoenix police and the Jackson County Sheriff's Department joined in the investigation, a police news release said. Campuses at SOU and Ashland High School were open as scheduled Friday. "There is no remaining threat," SOU spokesman Ryan Brown said. Brown said none of the suspects is currently a student at SOU. Hollins, 21, faces felony charges of first-, second- and third-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of riot. He remained lodged Friday afternoon in the Jackson County Jail on over $3 million bail. Pascale, 22, faces a felony charge of third-degree assault and misdemeanor charge of riot. He remained lodged in the jail Friday afternoon on $30,000 bail. Boches, 19, faces a felony charge of third-degree assault and misdemeanor charge of riot. He remained lodged in the jail Friday afternoon on $40,000 bail. Mooney, 22, faces a felony charge of third-degree assault and misdemeanor charge of riot. He remained lodged in the jail Friday afternoon on $40,000 bail.
