A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Doyle on 11 counts of second-degree theft and first-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Thursday on $49,000 bail. Drugs — Victor Manuel Oseguera, 27, of the 1900 block of Marsh Lane, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Oseguera on charges of possession of amphetamines and probation violations. He was lodged in jail without bail. Burglary — Kenneth Wayne Peabody, 46, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Peabody on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree theft, providing false information about a crime and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Jason Gordon Cruchon, 26, of the 600 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. An Ashland police officer Thursday arrested Cruchon on charges of delivering amphetamines, possession of amphetamines, providing false information about a crime and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $24,500 bail. Drugs — Jaymie Rachelle Unger, 34, no known address. A sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Unger on charges of possession of amphetamines and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Theft — Randy Lee Carson, 32, of the 7700 block of Antelope Road, White City. A sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Carson on charges of unlawful use of a vehicle and first- degree trespass. He was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Advertisement Crime reports Burglary — 15500 block of Jones Road, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a burglary in which a home was entered and a pair of mountain bikes valued at $1,000 were taken. Vehicle theft — 100 block of West Fork Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. A sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a theft in which a white 1986 Toyota Land Cruiser was stolen. Burglary — 200 block of Oak Grove Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a mini-storage facility and stole tools valued at $200.
