Ashland police Thursday arrested Dippel on two counts of first-degree theft, two counts of attempted first-degree theft and a parole violation for attempted murder. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Michael Anthony Gaglione, 21, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Thursday arrested Gaglione on a charge of possession of heroin. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Ronnie Michael Clinger, 22, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Clinger on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for first-degree burglary. He was lodged in the jail without bail. Drugs — Kevin Patrick Smith, 25, of the 6300 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Medford police Friday arrested Smith on charges of possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Sergio Alfredo Serafin, 24, of the 700 block of Hale Way, White City. Serafin Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree theft, attempted first-degree theft and third-degree theft. White Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana, felon in possession of a firearm and carrying a concealed firearm. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Alicia Caroline Rumrey-Whalen, 39, of the 1600 block of Hollyhock Drive, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Rumrey-Whalen on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged in the jail on $12,000 bail. Theft, burglary, forgery — Timothy James Sheeler, 33, of the 900 block of Whitman Avenue, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Sheeler on warrants charging first-degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree theft, two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and a parole violation for first-degree burglary. He was lodged in the jail without bail. Theft — Dennis George Lagorio, 38, of the 300 block of Hoyt Lane, Medford. Talent police Friday arrested Lagorio on two counts of first-degree theft, second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Samantha Paige Gairson, 19, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Gairson on two counts of first-degree theft and conspiracy to commit first-degree theft. She was lodged in the jail on $15,000 bail. Theft — Dylan Michael Amasa Waldon, 21, of the 2700 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Waldon on two counts of first-degree theft and conspiracy to commit first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Russell Mason Kalteich, 36, of the 9900 block of Old Stage Road, Gold Hill. Medford police Friday arrested Newbrough on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on two counts of first-degree criminal trespass. She was lodged in the jail on $29,000 bail. Drugs — Becki Jo Vanmeter, 45, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Vanmeter on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule III controlled substance.
