Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend December 11, 2005 Kevin Lee Cloud Felony warrant issued for ex-convict Area law enforcement and Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon would like to thank Mail Tribune readers for the tip that led to the arrest of Paul Emanuel Norton, 22, who was featured in a Crime Stoppers feature on Nov. 27 and arrested within days. This week, police need your help in locating convicted felon and multi-state offender Kevin Lee Cloud, 36. Cloud’s Oregon criminal history dates back to 1987 with arrests and convictions for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief, negotiating a bad check, multiple counts of first-degree theft, theft of services, and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was incarcerated in the Oregon State Penitentiary in October 2002 and released May 9. Because he has failed to comply with the terms of his parole, a no-bail felony warrant has been issued by the Oregon State Parole and Probation Board. Cloud is described as a white male adult, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of two skulls on his right shoulder and two hearts with chains tattooed on his left shoulder, a scar near his right eye and he may be wearing glasses. The picture shown here, taken July 2005, is the most recent photo available. If you see Kevin Lee Cloud, or have information of his whereabouts, please call Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon at 800-3-DETECT (800-333-8328) and refer to case No. MT-177. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case or any unsolved criminal activity. Callers can remain anonymous. The reward is sponsored by Sonitrol of Southern Oregon.
