COVID-19 cases drop across county By Kevin Opsahl Mar 19, 2022 12:00 AM A A With the exception of one senior living facility in Jackson County that reported more than 100 COVID-19 cases, outbreaks at schools, workplaces and retirement facilities throughout the valley plummeted in last week, particularly in public schools, according to the Oregon Health Authority weekly outbreak report. Senior living communities Jackson County: Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (111 cases, three deaths), Brookdale Ashland (16 cases, one death), Avamere at Three Fountains (52 cases, zero deaths), White City Veterans Administration Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinic (40 cases), Skylark Assisted Living (27 cases, one death), Bonaventure of Medford Assisted Living (21 cases), Springs at Veranda Park (22 cases), Celia's House in Holmes Park (11 cases), West Wind ECU (seven cases), Weatherly Court (48 cases, two deaths), Linda Vista Nursing & Rehab Center (28 cases), Springs at Anna Maria (28 cases), Avamere Health Services of Rogue Valley (41 cases, one death), Table Rock Memory Care Community (31 cases, one death), Fountain Plaza (20 cases, one death), Kinsington Oak Grove (32 cases), Suncrest Place (13 cases), Prestige Senior Living Arbor Place (19 cases), Morrow Heights Retirement & Assisted Living Community (19 cases).
