His winning dish, incorporating the secret key ingredient of pork rack provided by Willow Witt Farms in Ashland, scored 293 points out of 300 possible points, festival organizers said. Round one winner was Will Shine of Martino’s. Round two winner was James Williams of Omar’s. Round three winner was Stefano Cipollone of Belle Fiore Winery. The wild card chef with the next highest score in the three preliminary rounds was Dustin Farley of Porter’s. Judges were Mary Shaw, Fabiola Donnelly and Cory Schreiber. The festival Nov. 7-9 showcased local farms, farmers, ranches, food artisans, wineries, breweries and restaurateurs.
