Betty Long Nov 13, 2016 12:00 AM A A May 3, 1937 - November 8, 2016 Betty Long, 79, passed away November 8, 2016 with her family by her side. She was born May 3, 1937 in Eugene, Ore. Betty worked for Harry and David and Reter Fruit Co. and enjoyed her work packing pears. She was an adoring grandmother and loved spending time with her family. Betty is survived by her three children, Jone, George, and Benny; eight grandchildren; and 45 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben. No service will be held.
