Marjorie Ann Carter Comment MailTribune.com Writer Posted Mar. 15, 2015 at 2:00 AM Posted Mar. 15, 2015 at 2:00 AM » Social News Marjorie Ann Carter, 83, of Jacksonville, Ore. passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at her home. She was born November 24, 1931 in Fond Du Lac, Wis. to Joseph and Amelia (Loechlt) Sobecki. In 1954, she married Kenneth Eugene Carter in Dearborn, Mich. Survivors, in addition to Ken, include three children: son, Richard Carter of Costa Mesa, Calif.; two daughters, Lisa Devereux of Medford, Ore. and Janet Quigley of Murrieta, Calif.; and ten grandchildren, 9 whom survive. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 20, 2015 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Ore.
