Tornado claims Rogue Valley crown Mar 12, 2016 12:00 AM A A Chase Courtney had the go-ahead goal and finished with four goals and one assist as North Medford beat Klamath Falls, 9-6, in the Rogue Valley Youth Hockey Association championship at The RRRink on Saturday. Josh Wu had four goals and one assist and Jeremy Wu one goal and two assists for the Black Tornado, which outshot Klamath Falls, 37-29. Courtney's key goal came in the third period. Evan Riggs made 20 saves for North. South Medford took third and Crater fourth.
