Emergency services, Nov. 11 By Mail Tribune staff Nov 11, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Strangulation — Matthew James Stuart, 33, of the 200 block of Lavendar Lane, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Stuart Tuesday on a charge of felony strangulation and misdemeanor counts of menacing constituting domestic violence and harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday after posting bond. Vehicle theft — Emmanuel Padilla Ponce, 22, of Los Angeles. Medford police arrested Padilla Ponce Wednesday on a charge of possessing a stolen vehicle. Padilla Ponce was booked in jail and released Wednesday on their own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Anthony Lee Siple, 21, no known address. Federal agents arrested Siple Wednesday on a warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in jail and released Wednesday. Aggravated theft — Heather Margaret Williamson, 44, of the 2200 block of Lara Lane, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Williamson Wednesday on charges of aggravated first-degree theft and identity theft. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance.
