Rollover crash temporarily blocks both northbound lanes of I-5 near Phoenix By Ryan Pfeil Updated: May 05, 2021 08:10 AM A A A single-vehicle rollover crash temporarily blocked both northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Phoenix Wednesday morning, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. All lanes have since reopened. Drivers in the area should still expect delays and congestion and watch for emergency responders on the freeway shoulder. The crash, involving a Jeep, was reported at 7:49 a.m. near milepost 24, according to dispatch records and ODOT personnel. No information on injuries was immediately available.
