A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Myers on charges of fourth-degree assault and strangulation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Saturday on $9,000 bail. Drugs — David George Phillips, 55, no known address. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Phillips on two counts of possession of amphetamines, carrying a concealed knife and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Assault — Toby William Smith, 37, of the 2300 block of Oakdale Way, Central Point. A Central Point police officer Saturday arrested Smith on a charge of third-degree assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $25,000 bail. Burglary — Jason Matthew Cushman, 29, no known address. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Cushman on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, harassment and violation of a stalking order. He was lodged in jail without bail. Hit-and-run driving, eluding — Curtis Douglas Patton, 19, of the 300 block of North Holly Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Patton on charges of hit-and-run driving, attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle, attempting to elude an officer on foot, resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer, carrying a concealed knife and reckless driving. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $35,000 bail. Identity theft — Ginger Dianne Schmitt, 41, of the 200 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Saturday arrested Schmitt on warrants charging her with two counts of second-degree theft and identity theft. She was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Advertisement Drugs — Kristopher John Webb, 22, of the 600 block of North Grape Street, Medford. A Medford police officer late Friday arrested Webb on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Vehicle theft — Michael Joseph Gregory Seems, 18, of the 3500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Seems on charges of unlawful use of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. He was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Wendy Ann Ingram, 31, of Cave Junction. Ingram appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Ashley Diane Smith, 19, of the 1000 block of Crown Avenue, Central Point. Smith appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 600 block of Rossanley Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday took a report of a theft in which six guns, two cameras and three fishing poles valued at $1,965 were stolen. Vehicle theft — 2000 block of Roberts Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday took a report of a theft in which a 1985 Toyota Camry, Oregon license plate RLY 421, was stolen. Theft — 7800 block of Laura Lane, White City. A sheriff’s deputy Friday took a report of a theft in which several items valued at $900 were taken from a porch and vehicle.
