Emergency services, Dec. 8 Thursday Dec 8, 2016 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Robbery — Kaleb Michael Bruce, 22, of Cut Off, Louisiana. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bruce Tuesday on felony warrants charging three counts of first-degree robbery, three counts of second-degree robbery, second-degree assault and first-degree theft. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $7 million bail. Criminal Mischief — Robert Arnold Orosco, 43, of the 200 block of Acorn Street, Merlin. Rogue River police arrested Orosco Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree trespassing and telephonic harassment. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Ryan Bill Diaz, 33, of the 2900 block of Fairweather Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Diaz Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, two felony warrants charging first-degree theft and for violating his probation on a previous heroin possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Burglary — Cody Keith Burlando, 26, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Burlando Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, and on misdemeanor charges of harassment, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree assault. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Zachary Michael Wilbur, 21, of the 1100 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wilbur Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended and for violating his probation on previous convictions of first-degree criminal mischief and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding.   Crime reports Theft — 1100 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included miscellaneous clothing, tools and shoes. The loss was valued at $1,500. Theft — 800 block of Medford Center, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 8:48 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a black purse and a red purse wallet. The loss and damage to the vehicle's door and window were valued at $1,500. Theft — 400 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen gun parts at 1:58 p.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $1,200.
