Oregon State Police arrested Valencia Wednesday on charges of possessing, manufacturing and delivering amphetamines, first-degree child neglect and probation violation. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where he remained Thursday night without bail. Drugs — Juan Luis Valencia, 20, of the 300 block of Edward Street, Medford. Oregon State Police arrested Valencia Wednesday on charges of possessing, manufacturing and delivering amphetamines, first-degree child neglect and attempted unlawful use of a weapon. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where he remained Thursday night on $10,000 bail. Eluding — Robert Charles Hampton, 19, of the 400 block of Plum Street, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Hampton late Wednesday on charges of attempting to elude police on foot and in a vehicle. He was lodged in jail, then released Thursday on his own recognizance. DUII — Danny Ray Funderburg, 55, of Medford. Central Point police arrested Funderburg late Wednesday on charges of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended license and attempting to elude police on foot. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night. Eluding — Erin Elizabeth Frazier, 19, of the 200 block of Twins Circle, Phoenix. Oregon State Police arrested Frazier Thursday on a charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Thursday night on $5,000 bail. Advertisement Animal neglect — Anita Kruger McKenna, 56, of the 17300 block of Ramsey Road, White City. McKenna appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging her with 41 counts of second-degree animal neglect. She was booked into jail and released. She was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Matthew John Soares, 18, of Hillsboro. Soares appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession of morphine. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Stacy Rene Wise, 27, of the 100 block of Seroba Circle, Medford. Wise appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Theft — 7500 block of Highway 62, White City. A sheriff’s deputy took a report Thursday of a theft of a 1995 red Ford Ranger 4x4 pickup with a red canopy and Washington license A72420P.
