State roads district manager will head to county job Feb 07, 2008 12:00 AM A A Oregon Department of Transportation's district manager will leave his job to lead Jackson County's roads and parks department. John Vial announced Wednesday that he will make the move March 3. ODOT spokesman Gary Leaming talked about the change at today's Medford City Council meeting. Paul Korbulic retired as director of Jackson County Roads and Parks Department in 2007, and Dale Petrasek has been interim director.
