Fisher seized medalist honors by shooting a par 72, but the Panthers took sixth place (371 total) out of eight teams while Grants Pass won the event, headed by Tannon Rounsaville and Jackson Bartow. Rounsaville was second with a 74 and Bartow tied for third with a 75 as the Cavemen posted a score of 316. North Medford, which took seventh place (395), was led by Dylan Levos’ 95. TEAM SCORES: Grants Pass 316, Sheldon 343, Willamette 343, South Eugene 352, Roseburg 364, South Medford 371, North Medford 395, Thurston 404. INDIVIDUAL SCORES (TOP 5): 1, Reese Fisher, SM, 36-36—72; 2, Tannon Rounsaville, GP, 38-36—74; 3 (tie), Jackson Bartow, GP, 38-37—75 and Connor Drath, Wil., 38-37—75; 5, Andrew Watts, Thu., 38-40—78. Girls Golf SHELDON WINS: At Grants Pass, Grants Pass was runner-up and South Medford nabbed fourth place in a tournament taken over by medalist Jenny Krause and Sheldon at Grants Pass Country Club. Grants Pass was led by Sarah Skokan’s 91, which was the fourth-lowest individual score. The Panthers, who shot 420 as a team, were led by Kirsten Reed’s 99. Krause carded a 4-under 68, needing just seven putts in a back-nine 33, when she had seven one-putts and chipped in twice. Sheldon had 341 score.
