An Eagle Point police officer Thursday arrested Kuhns on warrants charging her with three counts of passing bad checks and first-degree theft. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained late Thursday on $10,000 bail. Burglary, theft — Harley David Fredericks, 27, of the first block of Washington Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Fredericks on four counts of first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and unlawful use of a vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $45,000 bail. Public indecency — James Hansel Thomas, 63, no known address. A Talent police officer Thursday arrested Thomas on a charge of public indecency. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $5,000 bail. Theft — Michael Anthony Lydon, 38, no known address. An Ashland police officer Thursday arrested Lydon on two counts of second-degree trespass, unlawful use of a vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $11,000 bail. Burglary — Timothy James Sheeler, 22, of the 400 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford police added charges of first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and unlawful use of a vehicle after Sheeler was originally lodged in jail on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He remained in jail late Thursday on $65,000 bail.
