Patricia Ann Burton Comment MailTribune.com Writer Posted Dec. 28, 2014 @ 2:00 am Posted Dec. 28, 2014 @ 2:00 am » Social News Patricia Ann Burton, 83, passed away December 17, 2014 after a long brave battle with cancer. Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Ed Burton. Born Patricia Ann Purdy, Pat lived in Oregon for most her life. She was active in her community, volunteering with the Symphony, Access Food Share and Habitat re-store. Her interests were also strong in the political arena, both supporting candidates and running for office. Survivors include her longtime companion Larry Kent, her six children; Mike Burton, Erin Burton, Mark Burton, Edie Chism/Burton, Lauren Burton, and Daryn Burton; and three sisters; Carol, Judy and Bobby. Per Pat's request, no funeral will be held publicly.
