A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Landeros Tuesday on a warrant charging her with first-degree theft and first-degree forgery. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained Wednesday night on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Lisa Ann Thompson, 36, of the 400 block of North Royal Avenue, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Thompson Tuesday on charges of possessing amphetamine, carrying a concealed gun and driving with a suspended license. She was lodged in the jail, where she remained Wednesday night on $12,000 bail. Burglary — Renee Christine Beebe, 35, of the 5400 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Beebe Wednesday on a charge of first-degree burglary, four counts of second-degree theft, three counts of second-degree forgery, three counts of negotiating a bad check and an outstanding warrant. She was lodged in the jail, where she remained Wednesday night on $85,000 bail. Burglary — Theron Daniel Wharton, 23, no address listed. Eagle Point police arrested Wharton Wednesday on a first-degree burglary charge. He was lodged at the jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $20,000 bail. Hindering prosecution — William Gustav Grinstead, 27, no address listed. Medford police arrested Grinstead Wednesday on a charge of hindering prosecution. He was lodged at the jail where he remained Wednesday night on $5,000 bail. Theft — David Ricardo Ramirez, 24, of the 4000 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Ramirez appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging him with unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into the jail and released. Drugs — Valarie Ann Nelson, 53, of the 300 block of Marie Street, Medford. Nelson appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamine. She was booked into the jail and released to serve home detention. Crime reports Vandalism — 1100 block of Alpine Way, Talent. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report Wednesday of vandalism of a solar-powered gate. The damage was estimated at $1,200. Theft — 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report Wednesday of the theft of miscellaneous merchandise valued at $8,683 from Champion Creations, a livestock equipment and supply business.
