Police say the two Florence men robbed an Eagle Point AM/PM Mini-Mart in September 2014 while wearing camouflage-style boxer-brief underwear to cover their faces. Timothy Daniel Raybould, 22, is lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail on charges of first- and second-degree robbery and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Gage Steven Miller, 21, is held in the Lane County Jail on first- and second-degree robbery charges and on unrelated burglary and theft charges, jail records show. A probable cause affidavit says Raybould and Miller entered the AM/PM, 10688 Highway 62, at 12:41 a.m. Sept. 19. "Both suspects had fabric wraps or similar garment around their head/neck area partially disguising their faces," the affidavit reads. Police believe the garments were boxer-briefs. Police allege Raybould pointed a gun at the store clerk and demanded he open the cash drawer. The clerk complied and the pair fled with cash. An anonymous tip to a trooper in Florence and a jailhouse interview with Miller, who was already in custody in Lane County, led investigators to charge the two, police said. Police also recovered a pistol believed to have been used in the robbery. It was found during a search of Raybould's vehicle, OSP reported.
