Lee rolls way to top marks in Las Vegas LAS VEGAS -- Medford's Jerome Lee took top honors in the Super Senior All-Star Tournament that ended Friday. He also tied for fifth in the Senior High Roller event on April 22. The 64-year-old bowler averaged a 228 in the qualifying round of the High Roller tournament with a high game of 250. He kept steady with several 200-plus games en route to the fifth-place tie out of 500 bowlers. In the Senior All-Star tournament, Lee rolled a game-high 279 before taking home top honors with a 194 out of 100 competitors. "I dropped down a bit in the last game," said Lee. "But I just hung in there and was able to hold on." Lee brought home close to $20,000 in prize money from both tournaments and different sweepers events. "It's one of my better trips down there," said Lee. "I've had some good ones but I won a sweeper this time so that was nice."
