Eagle Point police Friday arrested Fuerstenberg on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and theft of service. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Sean Michael Griest, 27, of the 1100 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Griest on four counts of felony fourth-degree assault and two counts of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Farrah Conti, 38, of the 2200 block of Dellwood Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Conti on charges of attempted second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Lila Michelle Lee Walton, 18, of the 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Central Point police Saturday arrested Walton on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on charges of second-degree forgery, identity theft, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and providing false information. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Burglary — William Mattew Fath, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Saturday arrested Fath on two counts of first-degree burglary, aggravated first-degree theft, two counts of first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. He was lodged in the jail on $180,000 bail. Drugs — Jessica Lynn Nash, 35, of the 200 block of Chesnut Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Nash on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft, delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and delivery of marijuana to a minor. She was lodged in the jail. Crime reports Burglary — 900 block of Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:16 a.m. Friday of a burglary to a business during which a Volcano water pipe, miscellaneous glass pipes and rolling papers were taken. The loss was valued at $3,335.
