Drake Comment MailTribune.com Writer Posted Oct. 15, 2014 at 2:00 AM Posted Oct. 15, 2014 at 2:00 AM »  Social News 6/29/1958 to 20141010 Early Friday morning October 10, 2014 "Tami" slipped into the arms of her loving Savior, Jesus, by the grace of God. She fought a long battle with much pain and suffering, but is now pain free and face to face with her LORD. She was born in Martinez, Calif. June 29, 1958 to John and Beth Angel (Taylor) and raised in San Jose, Calif. She attended Blackford High School. On March 1, 1981 in Carmel, Calif. she married her soul mate, Frank Drake. Together they raised four children, Michael, Franky, Tony, and Nicki. They lived in Santa Cruz, Calif. for six years until moving to Medford in 1987. Family was extremely important to Tami. After a rough ten years of marriage and a one-year divorce the family was reunited in a beautiful reunification wedding on October 8, 1994. She will be deeply missed by many. She loved animals especially horses. Since she was a child she had a passion for rescuing animals. She loved gardening and photography. She took pictures everywhere she went. Holidays were huge to Tami and Christmas was her favorite. She is survived by her husband, Frank; her four children, Michael, Frank Jr. (Ashlie), Tony, and Nicki; two grandchildren, Emery (Frank and Ashlie) and Ethan (Nicki). Services will be held Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Gold Hill Christian Center, 503 Hayes Ave., Gold Hill, Ore. 97525.
