Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend April 20, 2006 Felony arrests Drugs — Alan Joseph Brazil, 44, of the 800 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Brazil on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs seizure Medford police Wednesday seized 200 tablets of Ecstasy, cocaine, $800 in cash, two handguns and two stolen guitars at a residence in the 1400 block of Maple Park Drive. Three Medford residents were arrested at the residence. Advertisement Timothy Jacob Forsyth, 18, of the 1400 block of Maple Park Drive, was charged with possession of cocaine and two counts of first-degree theft. He remained lodged in jail late Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Daniel Lee Kuykendall, 20, of the 800 block of Mindy Sue, was charged with manufacturing, delivery and possession of Ecstasy. He remained lodged late Wednesday on $25,000 bail. Jesse Louis McIntosh, 20, of the 1400 block of Maple Park Drive, was charged with manufacturing, delivery and possession of Ecstasy. He remained lodged late Wednesday on $25,000 bail. According to Medford police Lt. Tim George, Ecstasy usually sells for between $8 and $15 on the street. The drug's popularity waned over the past few years, but arrests have increased lately. "Unfortunately, the last six to eight months Ecstasy has been showing up on the radar regularly once again," George said.
